I have been a Certified Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent since 2014. With over 6,000 real estate packages signed, and countless thousands of other notarial acts, I have the experience, knowledge and orientation to fine details that are required to excel as a notary signing agent.

Each year, I am background vetted by the DOJ, the FBI and the National Notary Association. Your privacy matters and I take protecting your information very seriously, including using notary journal shields to keep your information covered from other signers.
I cover most of Butte County, and parts of Glenn and Tehama Counties for notary and signing agent services.
My standard Notary fees include travel within a 20-mile round-trip from my office in Chico. Anything beyond the 20 miles round-trip will incur IRS rate mileage.
Mobile Service Fee - $35
Notarized Signature Fee - $15
Mileage if applicable
Fees for real estate closings will be negotiated at the time of acceptance based on the package, travel and other requirements.

My background includes many years as a Social Worker and Small Business Owner and I am well-versed in notarizing documents such as Powers of Attorney, Estate/Trust Documents, Contracts, Affidavits and more.
Additionally, I am an Ordained Minister and have been officiating weddings since 2012. I am open to all and will officiate weddings between any two people who love each other and wish to marry.

Protecting You from illness
Notary and LiveScan services have been determined to be essential by the Secretary of the Treasury and the DOJ. I will continue to be available to serve your Notary, Signing Agent and LiveScan needs.
Here are the ways in which I will keep you (and myself) safe during appointments:
1) I continue to wear a mask for your protection and mine
2) I offer individual thumbprint strips if you prefer not to use a shared ink pad
3) I may choose not to provide service to those who self-report communicable illness (or who are visibly ill)
4) I will wear masks and other PPE as requested for hospital and care facility services
5) I regularly clean and sanitize my supplies
6) I will wash and sanitize my hands before and after every service
